How to access EAP counselling services.

Your team can now book directly with their preferred counsellor through the booking link provided to you through your employer.
No forms. No filters. Just find who feels right and lock in a time.

Once booked, a counsellor will make direct contact for your initial short phone call, approximately 15 minutes, free of charge. This call serves to answer questions, address concerns, and arrange the first counselling session.

In the event of any issues with the online Booking Portal, employees can reach out via email at admin@thecollaborativespace.com.au for assistance.
